- You can survive only if you satisfy your manager (whether he/she is right or wrong is a different issue altogether).
- Management in the US controls the Chennai office and decides everything on behalf of Chennai.
- Local management is just obeying the US management to survive.
- Top-level management (work) in Chennai is not monitored by anybody, and they rule the roost.
- Careers of anybody can be made or broken by local management.
- Only lip service about careers and well-being of subordinates.
- Too many people working at cross-purposes.
- Unnecessary overheads.
- No clear distinction between Technical and General Managers.
