Software Engineer Interview Experience

Process

The phone interview consisted of talking about myself and in detail about my work experience for 20-30 minutes.

After speaking, the interviewer jumped right into the questions.

The interviewer never introduced himself or talked about what he did.

I spent the next 30 minutes on the problem with radio silence on the other end.

He never once bothered to give any input on my thought process as I worked, or even tried to help if I was stuck.

It was very obvious the phone was muted and he was doing his own thing.

This says a lot about what the workers here are like.
