Great company. A few teams have really poor after-work life
Brand Competitive salary package. Learning Right time to enter Payments market in India. Obviously much late to the game, but if executed well, it can beat the competition with its rich domain expertise.
- There are a lot of contract employees who will be competing to get into regular payroll, in turn creating an unhealthy co-working environment.
- Benefits in India could be a lot better. At least the medical insurance can be more than 5 lakhs and have TPA assistance.
- Some teams are overworked.
- Live support for a month, etc., should be avoided. If possible, remove the support work culture by employing a separate team for that.
- HR support is poor. Most HR heads are based out of Singapore.
