Constant firing, heavy stress if you are not in the right project, poor work-life balance if you are in an incorrect project. Shifting to another project or domain is a highly painful task. Extreme slow growth since company culture runs on favoritism.
They really need to streamline decision-making and ensure company culture is followed across all projects, locations, and job levels.
