I had three interviews: * Recruiter: This was very broad and to see if I fit the culture. * Director: Did my experience align with their goals? * Technical: Was my technical knowledge up to par?

The interview was like an average interview, quite similar to those at other companies. It was conducted via Zoom and asked typical questions that other companies would ask during an interview process.

Typical, several rounds were communicated well regarding feedback on each round. Clear with overall business objectives and the plan for the future. Also clear on what the company wants to achieve in building specific teams and qualities.
