Work-life balance, can learn anything.
No cons, according to me.
In the first round, the interviewer was really nice and helpful. He asked two coding questions, and we discussed some other possible ways they could have been solved. In the second round, the interviewer asked lots of Java questions about Comparator
Total of 4 rounds of interviews. The first 2 rounds are technical, and the last 2 rounds are managerial. They mainly discuss your skills in managing teams. The technical rounds are primarily based on your domain and are of a decent standard.
This was not difficult. You can do it on your own time using HackerRank. The questions were normal, in my opinion. I think they did a good job making it accessible.
