Just about everything else. Unless you have a friend higher up or you're a favorite, you're not going to get very far at PayPal.
It's a toxic work environment. Like any other HR department, they won't do anything if you file a complaint.
The workload was out of control, and you're blamed for any mistake. Expected to be robotic.
Be honest and fair. Take feedback and implement it. Make pay equal across all job skills. For example, customer service in Venmo and PayPal get the same pay, or QA in sales and collections get the same pay.
