Frequent changes to the long-term visions mean many projects get dropped, and developers do not get to know what's happening.
Any reshuffling in higher management or when a new director gets onboard, then all current projects get dropped off, and even work styles, sitting arrangements, etc., everything gets changed.
Higher management needs to take the right decisions and propagate the same down to the developers.
Frequent changes need to be avoided. Having a rigid vision will build confidence not only among employees but also among PayPal customers.
