• Good company. Very open, very collaborative.
• Gives flexibility on thoughts as long as they like it.

• VERY BAD politics. It's on every org. You are warned if you are going into this company; make sure you know what you are getting into.
• They don't really care about your technical ability, rather if you are good with your upper management or leadership (AKA if you kiss their #@#), then you're good.
• Managers aren't technically strong. They just have been there for a long time.
• Managers don't have a say on the candidates; upper management does even though they don't directly work with the candidates.
• This is the company where you are evaluated on the basis of what your upper management thinks of your work or amount of effort you put in.

Management needs to seriously think about hiring great talent and how to preserve them. I saw so many amazing people let go and get offers from FAANG.
