The process started more than a month ago. I've had four phone calls, between the HR staff, hiring manager, and internal recruiters.

1 round of telephone interview, 2-3 rounds of Skype interview. Focusing on technical problem solving, basic algorithms and data structures, and database design, such as SQL query testing.

The process is extensive and very time-consuming, taking around 1 hour per interview, with interviews occurring every week or so. I had a quick call with an HR person, who explained that all candidates have between 2 to 6 interviews. The first inter
