Great work/life balance. Most people have a lot of free time and don't have to work a lot of hours or weekends. Very flexible hours and no micromanagement.
- Company does not use common technologies like HTML, CSS, and JS.
- Uses an internal proprietary code stack.
- Career advancement is a bit tough because of the sheer number of employees in similar roles.
- A bit unstable; two layoffs in four years.
The company is just overstaffed, especially in the developers and project managers area. Layoffs can easily be avoided if management is conscious of how much resource is needed and therefore would not over-hire, resulting in the need for staff reduction later on.
