A good company to work for.
No cons on this company.
I found this job via a recruiter. They submitted my resume, then there was a coding screening, and then a Teams call with the dev manager. It was about 2 hours long.
The process was tough and took a whole day. Many aptitude questions and quizzes were asked. There were a few questions about web development and JavaScript, which I didn't know. A few HR questions, like 'Why should we hire you?', were also asked.
There will be a total of five interview rounds. The first round will be conducted by Karat, followed by a four-hour panel interview, and concluding with a one-hour HR interview.
