Managers do not know anything about technical. People take advantage of that. Most employees are talkers, not doers. Most of the employees are AWF's or from service-based companies who are below average in whatever they do. It's not a good place for IITians or BITsians. Worst recruitment process.
If you can't give good work to people from IIT or BITS, don't recruit them.
Try to change your recruitment pattern.
Don't depend on third parties; ask your employees to do it.
TECH EXPO means you have to show technology-related stuff, not business-related stuff.
