Managers are good at their work, but don't know how to lead teams.
Less transparency in vision and goals of the management.
Workplace can get boring, but it depends on your team.
Please try to promote managers who actually know how to be good role models. I don't think this is a thing with the US offices, but in Chennai, managers lack transparency and the ability to communicate with their teams freely.
