They have some great employee benefits and good facilities, with good pay.
I must say that PayPal has a very unstructured growth. There are no effective checks in place to evaluate a candidate's performance, and employees are laid off and asked to leave without a valid reason.
There is no job security in the organization; even senior folks can be laid off overnight, and there is no go-to person in case of such atrocities.
Please do not hire impulsively and later leave them jobless without a reason.
