RSU stock should be good for the long run. It's a good and competitive salary compared to product companies.
Work-life balance is very difficult here. I didn't have any medical history before joining PayPal, but now I have to visit the hospital monthly with many health complaints, which pushed me to quit my job. But it all depends on your manager. I do see people still working and balancing their personal commitments. You have to be a cup of coffee for them. I worked a lot and brought all my efforts to PayPal, but the recognition was only at the spot award level, not a promotion to the next level. At its core, I love this company because of its culture and benefits. But all the good managers are leaving this organization.
I worked the high-revenue project, putting my health in question and working beyond expectations. It doesn't matter if you satisfy employees with spot awards or cash. You have to promote them to the next level.
I know high-level management is employee-oriented, but the managers are making this company work as a nightmare.
