- ESOP - free money.
- WLB.
- This can be a great step in your career. I got a FAANG job offer only because I learned so much from this job.
After a while, the awesome WLB gets boring. And then you realize that it is work that makes you happy and not idleness.
Less salary compared to FAANG companies.
Mediocre managers and directors.
Some people are very old and don't understand the latest technologies. I feel these people have made PayPal their retirement home.
Please fire some of the "oldies" who have been with the company for more than 10 years.
And hire more young, fresh talent.
