Pros

New Talent, Fresh Ideas. Technically competent, good perks.

Cons

Many non-technical people were hired in the last few months who provided no value. There are too many program and product managers who are just overhead and add to the middle management bureaucracy.

Advice to Management

Maintain a minimum technical standard for hiring new employees, especially product and program managers who just talk jargon and gibberish. Take a six-figure salary and give zero value addition to the company. If we need really good product managers, then we need to hire them from top schools, not from low-quality Indian consulting companies, and at least not with liberal arts backgrounds.
