In-order traversal of a BST (without using recursion)

Sent me a C/C++ test by email. It was supposed to take no more than one hour. I was asked not to use an editor, the internet, or another compiler. I was to use only the online environment without the C standard libraries.

The hour-long interview consisted of a very brief question about my development background, then straight into coding questions. The interviewer didn't seem to care so much about me as a candidate, but more about how well the person she was calling
