• Staying on top of cutting edge tech
• Good campus food
• Good work-life balance
• Everyone is accessible

• Some horrible engineering management.
• No future. No new products (which is why there is time to rewrite and update to cutting-edge tech).
• Questionable if some of the senior engineers are really capable of system design or if they really have the skills necessary for engineering work. Many lack solid CS fundamentals.
• Lot of politics.
• Low hiring bar.
• Pay is not competitive.

I'm not sure what to say, but I think engineering management needs formal training on speech and basic skills on how to communicate with people. Also, there is no innovation. This company will fall if it doesn't innovate!
