Good work-life balance. Good learning experience.
No cons as far as I know.
There were six rounds; most of them were technical and coding-based questions: 1. Written test 2. Coding and data structure questions 3. Technical interview 4. Technical interview from an onsite person 5. Manager interview 6. HR round
Interview was divided into 3 parts: 1. Projects review - Did not go too deep. Asked which was most challenging. 2. ML breadth - Multiple theoretical questions. 3. DSA question - Medium level.
First, I had a call with a recruiter. Then, they gave me a link to a Karat code screening, where the interviewer asked data structures and algorithm-related questions. Standard DS&A stuff, nothing groundbreaking.
