Experience hugely differs based on teams, with slow growth in terms of promotion and pay
I'm grateful to have wonderful colleagues, with no office politics, especially on the lower level.
Extremely slow growth in terms of promotion and pay raise. Bonuses are capped to a low amount. It felt like nothing enticed me to keep working hard, other than the threat of being laid off.
The role flattening that recently happened this year sucks. :)
