- A lot of politics. Managers don't work with each other for the company's success.
- Because of these politics, every day there is a new strategy and direction.
- Too many reorgs, most of them are meaningless.
- Lack of opportunities to grow because of politics.
- Don't get to change your field/role.
- Not an environment to grow and thrive.
- Collaborate and work for the success of the company, and then expect employees to deliver.
- Create a good working environment.
- Stop internal politics within the teams.
- Make sure that the right people are leading the teams.
