Engineering maturity is at par with top product companies.
Company leadership has to prioritize the right things at the right time. They invested in blockchain, but that doesn't seem to yield any returns.
Please start listening and connecting to the Individual Contributors directly. Being more biased towards the mid-management and believing only whatever they project about ICs is correct would have damaging consequences in the long term.
