Process
An unnecessarily drawn-out process for a mid-level technical position. A series of at least six interviews with no result for over six weeks. The people were pleasant enough, and it was not egregious, but I do think they could have been more respectful of everyone's time.
Questions
They were largely concerned with experience in a live setting and how to troubleshoot technical issues on the fly, as well as completing mixes at a rapid clip.
