One coding interview, one technical discussion, and a virtual onsite with six interviews.
My last onsite interview was completed on Friday at 5 PM ET. The hiring manager told me they would have a debrief and reach out within a week. However, the very next day (Saturday), I received a rejection email from the recruiter, which raised concerns about whether they had even conducted the debrief (Friday 5 PM completion to Saturday decision).
I asked the recruiter for feedback and followed up many times, but received no response. I reached out on LinkedIn, and they finally replied, saying they cannot provide feedback. I am pretty sure they didn't even have a debrief to provide feedback.
After having eight rounds of interviews and wasting seven hours of my energy, they should at least consider providing feedback if they have any.
The company had no diversity, which is a huge concern to candidates attending interviews.
I would not suggest anyone attend an interview for this position at this company, as their interview process is one of the most inefficient standards.
