The interview process was well set up. I had an initial screening call, which went well. Afterward, I had a call with a senior engineer to talk through what they were hoping to get in a new team member. The interview was very relaxed, and the engineer was great to speak with. It felt like there is a good company culture. Peloton did decide to change the location requirements mid-hiring process, and that put me off the job. The company wants everyone to be onsite in NYC, but the job posting was for a remote position.
Why I wanted to work for the brand.
