Site Reliability Engineer Interview Experience - United States

Process

Terrible recruitment practices. I was referred to the company by a friend who informed me the minute he referred me. About 3 weeks later, I got a message from a recruiter for Peloton on LinkedIn offering me to apply, so I applied. A few weeks later, I got zero response, so I reached out to the recruiter using InMail. I never got a response, although it showed the recruiter had viewed the mail.

This company seems very immature and not worth the effort with their shady recruitment practices.
