The company culture in general is results-oriented, and everybody is highly motivated to finish assignments on time. New ideas and critical thinking are highly encouraged, and there is always a willingness to support each other wherever necessary.
Perplexity definitely is a high-performance organization that requires personal commitment. Working there feels like being part of something great in the making, which I find very exciting. Overall, a great company with a bright future ahead.
