If they call you for an interview on a weekday, strictly say no to them. They will call and then say they don't have a panel. They will waste your time, and things are not managed at their end.
It's a very clumsy environment; HR itself will not be available to talk. They take 35-40 minutes to figure out what's next. Poor management by HR.
Always ask them to conduct the interview on weekends, so they learn to respect a person's time.
If things are so bad in managing such a small thing, you can expect problems inside.
