I received a referral from an employee for the Pune location. The process, from the recruiter's call to attending the interviews, was very fast and smooth. The machine coding and problem-solving rounds went well for me (my speculation only), and the design round went okay. After that, I received a system-generated rejection email from PhonePe. Until this point, things were fine.

I was expecting some feedback on what went well and what went wrong for me, but no call was initiated from their side. I sent an email to the involved recruiters asking for feedback. After waiting for two days, I sent a reminder email on the same thread. I also tried reaching them by phone, but there was no response.

A simple suggestion to PhonePe Pune: you should look into improving your after-interview feedback process. It is beneficial for both you and the candidate, as this process forces your interviewers to make proper decisions and mention them in their feedback, rather than relying solely on their so-called intuition. The candidate, in turn, gets a fair evaluation and the chance to improve on shortcomings.
