Pros: 1. A tech-first company.
2. Unlike other startups, here you see a culture of writing RCAs and improving upon them so that there are no recurring issues.
3. Internal job openings where you get a chance to work on new initiatives.
4. PhonePe learning initiative where you get to learn new tech stuff of your interest.
Cons: 1. Work-life balance takes a hit sometimes, but I feel that's how startups work. If you want to grow rapidly, then you need to make some sacrifices.
