The first step in Pigment's process was a recruiter screen, which lasted about 30 minutes.
The recruiter was friendly and well-prepared. They asked about my background, what drew me to Pigment, and briefly covered logistics like availability and compensation expectations. The recruiter was transparent about the next steps in the process (a technical screen followed by a panel loop).
Overall, a smooth and respectful intro to the company.
