I applied online. The process took 3 weeks.
The interview is composed of:
- Recruiter screening
- Refactoring Exercise
- Leetcode exercise
- System Design Interview
- Founder/CTO interview
For the coding part, you can do in your own language. The first exercise is a simple refactoring while the next was a LeetCode medium exercise. Communication throughout was excellent, including feedback on why I didn't pass the interview.
