I applied online. The process took 2 weeks.
Had a recruiter screen to talk about the role, followed by a HM round to evaluate mutual fit and what the team does and a supposedly tech screen to dive deep.
Questions
Never seen someone new to the industry do a tech screen for a manager position. Wasn’t even sure if some of the discussions we had were understood by the interviewer. But again, this goes on to show how immature their interview process is.
