I applied online. The process took four weeks.- 1-hour technical screen: The interviewer gave three LeetCode-style questions and refused to further elaborate. Communication with the interviewer was very difficult, and he refused to discuss any aspect of the problem. In an AI age, asking irrelevant LeetCode-style questions for a primarily data engineering role seems regressive.

Other than that, it's a good work/life balance.
