Great people, great product, dysfunctional management
Software Engineer • Current Employee
San Francisco, California, United States
April 28, 2014
Pros: People are great: smart, motivated, energetic. The product is the next big thing. There is no way not to be psyched about where this is going.
Cons: The management is dysfunctional. Lots of people are really unhappy, especially in engineering. There is no vision for engineering. No one will say anything about it, though, because they are afraid; people who speak up get fired.
