The first step is a screening call with a recruiter, which is pretty standard.
The next step is an online coding challenge, which they outsource.
The final step is a 4-hour long onsite with three different coding challenges by different engineers. The last hour includes culture fit questions with an engineering manager.

Pros: Amazing talent, fast pace, awesome CEO, great potential in the market, cool technology stack, fun environment. Employees are well cared for.
Cons: Bad upper management (but not the CEO, he's awesome), chronic disorganization, internal politics are completely opaque, and the very young workforce lacks some degree of insight.

Awesome internship program with all the swag/perks/events you expect out of Silicon Valley.
HUGE monetization opportunity with large user growth prospects, too.
Challenging work of scaling a product to hundreds of millions of users, thousands and thousands of advertisers, and billions of unique ideas.
Cons: Tech debt and occasional management shuffles slow down the engineering team. The new head of engineering looks like she'll fix these issues.
Pre-IPO startup means you trade cash for stock (less liquid) in terms of your compensation.
