I feel it’s a total waste of time. I requested the recruiter if I could have an interview with the team rather than outsourced. How come they know and evaluate my skills? The team should evaluate, but the recruiter denied my request, saying the team was swamped out for delivery. I just wanted to say that hiring is one of the most important things.

Karat interviewers were not at all helpful. When I was speaking about time and space complexity, the interviewer was looking at me as if I were speaking nonsense. I’m not feeling bad that I didn’t move to the next rounds. I am feeling bad that they are not evaluating properly.
