Pros: more tight-knit, medium-sized company, flexible working location: remote, in-person, hybrid.
Cons: easy to be isolated, a little too small of a company at times, not much engineering diversity. They don't want many new grads and aren't that social. It definitely lacked work-life balance.

Cool Ai, Difficult Mentorship

Pros: Cool product. Lots of progress happening in the AI/ML space.
Cons: I had many hostile experiences with mentorship, which made it difficult as an intern to make progress and feel like I was learning from the experience. (Also worth noting that HR addressed some of these issues.)
