I had the worst interview experience. The recruiter sent an email to schedule a call. The recruiter is fairly new to the company and had a zero positive attitude during the call. He was not aware that there were Staff Engineer roles in the company and seemed surprised when I shared the job requisition. I have interviews scheduled at Facebook, Airbnb, Coinbase, etc., at the Staff Level. However, he refused to set me up for an interview at that level and rejected my application while we were on the call.

Pinterest should not employ recruiters like this, as it creates a bad impression and declines opportunities for candidates to interview at the company.
