The process was straightforward.

There was a recruiter call, which went well. A phone screen followed with two LeetCode medium questions.

After that, an onsite interview consisted of five rounds:

• 1 product round
• 1 behavioral round
• 1 coding round
• 2 ML rounds

The interviews ended on a Friday. The following Monday morning, around 8 AM PT, the recruiter sent a note saying they were planning to not move forward.

They claimed they did a debrief, which, given the timeline, would have been impossible unless people were working over the weekend.

I believe the recruiting team at Pinterest is deceitful and provides bogus feedback, rejecting qualified candidates.
