Pros: Pinterest has a strong culture of eng-driven innovation. You can definitely get your ideas on the roadmap if they are quality. Additionally, the engineers are generally very friendly and helpful for collaboration.
Cons: There's been a lot of churn with changing leaders and roadmap. This was probably inevitable, given the state of the industry.

Pros: Great culture for a tech company with some really solid values and societal viewpoints. The engineering culture is also very strong and full of competent, passionate, and friendly peers.
Cons: Not many. It can get busy at times, and the general business is not too relevant to the day-to-day SWE work, but overall it is excellent.
