The interview process was highly disrespectful of the candidate's time. Multiple interviewers did not come prepared, were late, or did not show up at all. The interview consisted of: - A recruiter phone screening (non-technical) - A coding interview

The recruiter was nice and provided useful information. Overall, it was a good experience. I decided not to proceed to the next steps because I had accepted another offer, so I did not go through the other interviews.
