The online assessment was fair. It was not hard. I think the questions were quite straightforward. HR was nice. Overall, it was a good experience with this company, though they rejected me because of my graduation year.

Pros: Smart team; high ambition environment. People work hard, but WLB isn't crazy. A lot of opportunity for career growth, and the company promotes from within. Interesting problems and real, meaningful impact on people's lives.
Cons: Several resets on internal share prices have been frustrating to people who hold older equity packages at higher share prices.
