I applied online for a new grad position.
Process: OA -> Phone -> VO.
The bar is highly mysterious. In the phone screen, I didn't even get fully functioning code but still passed. In the VO, my code was perfect and I don't remember making any mistakes, even verbally, but I was still rejected.
