The company's interview process was very unprofessional.

After my interview was complete, the recruiter failed to contact me. I heard nothing for a week, at which point I contacted the recruiter, who ignored my calls and emails.

A week later, after following up once again, I received a strange email from the recruiter stating she had left me a voice message and that they would not be moving forward. I check my messages regularly and had received no message from her, nor a missed call.

It was also very odd that no email was sent to inform candidates of interview results. I found the entire process disrespectful of my time and downright unprofessional. Very, very disappointing.
