The culture is really welcoming, with lots of activities like book club, yoga, meditation, pairings, and hackathons, making it really easy to build good friendships at work.

Also, it is really motivating to enable our clients to build great businesses. Engineers get to interact a lot with members of growth, support, and sales, and it is helpful to understand how our work impacts our clients.

Not many. The nature of the work can mean that you sometimes have to be responsive after hours. But we have some good processes so this doesn't happen often.
