Attractive workspaces and reasonable WFH policies
Management was not very kind in general and very hostile in some ways. They promised and told quite a few things on employment that turned out to be quite false and the opposite, which felt like a bait and switch.
Be more honest and open, also treat people more like actual colleagues to develop more of a team attitude.
