I applied online. The process took 1 week.
The entire process was very disappointing and ill-organized. The online job posting does not show any difference between roles (senior, junior etc...). After I applied online, I got scheduled in an initial call with a software engineer. He was clearly not happy to be here, very grumpy, and didn't talk a lot. I'm looking for a staff position, but he was clearly more junior than me and wasn't able to answer any of my questions about the role or the expected compensation. To this day, neither the job description nor the initial call was able to let me understand if they're recruiting for a junior, a senior, or a staff, and whether the compensation is 50k or 200k.
